MICHAEL NGUYEN
CEO

Michael Nguyen, CEO of Ascension Logistics, an industry expert with over 20 years of experience in supply chain leadership and technology adaptation.

 

Michael has lead, managed, and worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies on Supply chain software/ new program implementations, building collaborative partnerships and establishing new revenue streams. Bringing his vast knowledge, leadership, and energetic growth mindset is key to spearheading our company’s growth, portfolio, expansion and execution of ALx corporate vision. His key ambitions is accelerating digital transformation and lowering our client’s total ownership cost by enhancing end user productivity, driving MVP technology adaptation, and increasing our client’s employee retention.

 

Michael is a Texas A&M University alumnus and earned several awards during his career including Top Sales Performer, Honored Innovation, and Supply Chain Champion of the Year.

ROSHAN TANDUKAR
VP of Operations

Vice President of Operations, Roshan Tandukar, helps customers overcome the challenges they face in their supply chain. He is a recognized expert in the business process of developing technology that intelligently manages and empowers the supply chain. Boasting over 20 years of hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Execution Solutions, Roshan is a proven leader and trusted advisor.

 

His extensive experience and functional abilities positively impact our team of functional and technical developers to go above and beyond for our customers.

 

Roshan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater holding a bachelor’s degree in Management Computer Systems. He resides in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

NADEEM ELLAHI
VP of Client Services

As Vice President of Client Services, Nadeem Ellahi ensures that our clients are thriving. His caring personality communicates our voice and drives focus on helping clients achieve success, again and again. He is creative and always looking to invent new approaches to similar problems and provide resolutions to customer issues. He provides guidance and functions as an integral member of the team implementing new systems as well as evaluating troubled projects and establishing stabilization plans to generate solid turnarounds and value for the customers.

 

Nadeem is a dedicated technology and software solutions services and support executive. He has built a successful career around his ability to assess and anticipate customer needs, identify unique alternatives and develop and implement long term solutions. Throughout more than 20 years of his various technology leadership positions, his genuine commitment to ongoing client service and satisfaction has allowed him to build long term strategic relationships and cohesive teams which are efficient and deliver on time and under budget. Nadeem has received multiple Honors of Excellence, including being honored by Supply & Demand Chain Executive with inclusion in the 2015 Pros to Know listing.

 

Nadeem has an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Preston University, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Avionics from NED University of Engineering & Technology. He resides just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.

JONATHAN NAZARIO
VP of Technical Solutions

“Technologist” with 20+ years of experience as Software Architect & Business Development for various industries. Focused on aligning business needs with solutions, while considering the risks, timelines, and the impact to the business itself. Versatile in the SCE products offered by Blue Yonder and constantly delivering results through innovation, performance tuning, and leadership.

As VP of Technical Solutions – Jon makes sure our team in Ascension has the right answers for challenging problems and directly collaborate with customers technical needs. With many successful implementations, he has become a leader for projects teams to deliver and grow their internal community. If Technology can do almost anything…what should it be doing for you?

Jon is a graduate from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, before continuing his education at the University of Wisconsin with a master's of Science in Computer Science. He currently resides in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.

RUSSELL HUTTON
Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive, Russell Hutton, manages key customer accounts, cultivates strong, long-term vendor relationships, and mentors our team of Account Executives.  His outstanding communication, developing innovative proposals, and delivering strategic growth plan strategies, has proven him to be an insightful and trusted advisor.

 

Prior to joining Ascension, he was a project manager at Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie where he managed technical resources in the US, Europe, Mexico, and India.

 

Russell holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an associate’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He resides in Colgate, Wisconsin.

BRAD HEINZ
Logistics Procurement Practice Lead

Brad Heinz serves as the Logistics Procurement Practice Lead at Ascension Logistics where he is responsible for developing the practice, building the account base, and assembling a team of practitioners. His 30+ years of transportation experience have provided him with the foundation to work at all levels within an organization. He is recognized for excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is self-directed, and a natural leader.

Prior to joining Ascension Logistics, he spent five years with Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) as a Sr. Solution Architect in the TMS services organization. Additional experience in various roles, includes EVERSANA, Chainalytics, i2 Technologies, and NYK Logistics.

 

Brad is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and resides in Memphis, Tennessee.

STEPHANIE TANG
Creative Director

Stephanie Tang is the Creative Director at Ascension Logistics and is responsible for the marketing and brand awareness of the company. Her ability to build, grow, and maintain customer relationships, along with her strategic marketing approach has been a key success to Ascension’s rebranding and vision.

 

Her previous experience includes 15+ years in various sales and operations management roles in the hospitality industry, specifically in full-service hotels, private aviation, and luxury car rentals. Prior to joining Ascension Logistics, she spent 2 years in a business development role at a wealth management firm that was awarded and featured in D Magazine during her tenure.

 

Stephanie is a former Toastmasters International Member with several awards held, a graduate of The University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and resides in Dallas, Texas.
